Protecting your Confidentiality.

Your business operations and security are private matters. We treat them as such.

Privacy is a core value for Klaxon. Our company was born out of years of government work, where highly classified information required strict safeguarding. Your information deserves the same. Learn how Klaxon keeps confidentiality.

FAQ's

  1. How does Klaxon handle emailing privately?

We understand that many clients don't require strict communication encryption. None the less, we want it to be an option for everyone. That's why our email service is hosted by ProtonMail™. For end-to-end encrypted emails, merely contact us from your own ProtonMail™ account.

  2. Can we message Klaxon using secure messaging apps?

Email is our default, but we certainly encourage the use of encrypted messaging apps when required. While working on a project with you, we prefer to use the encrypted messenger Signal™. Apps like Briar™ and Session™ are options too.

  3. Will Klaxon share images or findings from my facility?

We'll never share images or job site details without your permission. By default, we treat our whole time working with you as confidential. Sometimes, security deficiencies on site may be useful for demonstrating issues to others. If you grant your explicit permission, and your deficiency is fixed, we may share limited images or descriptions for training or explanatory purposes. It is your choice!

  4. What other privacy and security tools does Klaxon use?

We like to over-prepare. Our computers run on Linux™, and use virtual machines, VPNs, Tor™, full disk encryption, BleachBit™, and a wide variety of other Free and Open Source tools to maintain privacy. Oh, and our main mobile devices use GrapheneOS™. No plan is infallible. We think you'll like ours though.
